Chinese stainless steel exports rise y-o-y in July; imports drop
China exported 416,000 tonnes of stainless steel in July, up by 6,000 tonnes or 1.45% from a year earlier, but down by 73,900 tonnes or 15.08% from June, according to the China Stainless Steel Council (CSSC).
Exports totaled 2.84 million tonnes in the first seven months, up by 9.14% from the corresponding period of last year.
