Asia's stainless steel export patterns could change due to possible Indonesian export tax on NPI

The export patterns of stainless steel in East Asia and Southeast Asia will likely change because of a potential imposition of export duty on nickel pig iron (NPI) and ferro-nickel by the Indonesian government, market sources said.
