European Ti markets stable, but under downward pressure

European titanium markets were stable in the week to Wednesday November 16, extending a steady trend for the fourth week in a row despite no reported trades. Activity quietened after three recent trade events in Europe and the US, industry sources told Fastmarkets.

The spot markets are expected to be under pressure in the near term amid a lack of buying interest, unless longer term deals encourage some prompt demand.
