Turkey’s Çolakoglu to increase HRC capacity in July, despite low-priced East Asia imports

Turkish long steel and hot-rolled coil producer Çolakoglu Metallurgy will start production at its new HRC facility in July, raising the company’s capacity to 4.5 million tonnes per year, chief executive officer Ugur Dalbeler told Fastmarkets on Monday June 5.
