South American flat steel import prices rangebound on stabilized offers

Flat steel import prices in South American countries were largely directionless due to stabilized offers out of China, sources told Fastmarkets.

Most offers of China-origin hot-rolled coil, SS400-grade, were heard at around $610-615 per tonne CFR Brazil, or around $600-610 per tonne CFR Pacific coast.
