Ferro-silicon confidence returns amid positive policies, demand remains poor

The Chinese ferro-silicon market regained some confidence this week following positive signals from the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee meeting. Yet, the spot market remained weak amid poor downstream demand, sources said.
