Australian PCI price slump continues on increased availability

Despite firm prices for Australian premium hard coking coal, those for the country’s pulverized coal injection (PCI) remained in a slump in the week to Monday August 7 due to increased spot availability and intense competition from Russian material, sources told Fastmarkets.
