Flat steel buyers in Turkey preferred to wait and see the direction of the market due to recent price falls in the Chinese market during the week ended Friday September 8, sources told Fastmarkets.

End user demand was weak in Turkey, so, steel buyers were in no hurry to book big tonnages, sources said. In addition, credits were limited from banks.
