Chinese CRC, HDG export prices widen downward or flat amid volatile SHFE prices
Export prices for Chinese cold-rolled coil and hot-dipped galvanized steel coil either widened downward or were unchanged in the week to Tuesday September 12 due to volatile steel futures.
Large mills continued to report poor trading for CRC and HDG exports over the past week, while competitive offers allowed smaller mills to receive “decent” bookings, market participants told Fastmarkets.
