Slow trading keeps HRC prices flat across Europe
The European market for steel hot-rolled coil remained quiet on Tuesday September 19, with prices largely unchanged amid a lack of trading, Fastmarkets has heard.
Buyers of HRC across Europe continued to hold back from big purchases, mainly booking what was strictly necessary to fill gaps in stock or for back-to-back business, sources told Fastmarkets.
