Bearish sentiment prevailed in the European hot-rolled coil market on Thursday September 28, with deteriorating end-user demand now being seen as a major problem, sources told Fastmarkets.
Steel service centers (SSCs) and distributors across Europe continue to postpone restocking due to having plenty of stock because of the current lack of demand from end users, sources said.
